A good chunk of what we make comes through architects and interior designers. You know what you want, you ask sharp questions, and you don't flinch at a lead time. Here's how working together tends to go.

We'll talk lumen output, colour temperature and beam spread without glazing over, and we'll give you the files your spec sheet needs instead of a marketing PDF. If a fixture won't do what your drawing wants, we'll say so early rather than at delivery.
Most of our trade work is repeat. That only happens because the lead times we quote are the lead times you get — six weeks means six weeks, not a hopeful guess that slips to ten.
Dimensioned CADs, IES files and finish specs for your documentation. Whatever your spec sheet asks for, we'll supply in the format you use.
Multi-piece and repeat work get worked out directly with you, project by project. No public price list — we'd rather quote your actual job.
Trade jobs get slotted with your install date in mind. If a deadline's tight, tell us early and we'll be honest about whether it's doable.
You deal with the studio directly, not a sales desk. The person quoting your job is the person building it.

There's no portal to sign up to and no minimum order. The first job sorts everything out.

Runs the shopping tray, the order form and basic security. These are set whatever you choose, and the site won't work without them. No tracking, gone when the session ends.
Remembers small things between visits — that you've already seen this banner, which currency view you picked, whether you collapsed the FAQ. Makes the site feel less forgetful.
Anonymous numbers on which pieces get opened and where people drop off, through a privacy-friendly counter. It tells us what to build more of. Your IP is truncated and nothing's sold on.
Lets us show our work to people who've visited, on a couple of other sites. Off unless you switch it on, and it never touches what's in your basket.
